Terms and Conditions for Clothing Alterations and Repairs
1. Agreement to Terms
By requesting our alteration or repair services, you (the customer) agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.
2. Service Scope
We offer a range of alteration and repair services for clothing, including but not limited to hemming, resizing, zipper replacement, and patching. Services will be performed as specified in the service request.
3. Service Fee
All fees for services will be quoted in advance based on the items and work required. Prices may vary depending on the complexity and materials involved. Payment is due upon collection of the item, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated completion dates will be provided at the time of service request. While we strive to meet these deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
5. Quality Assurance
We are committed to providing high-quality workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 7days of collection. We will make reasonable efforts to address any issues.
6. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that all garments are clean before they are brought in for service. We reserve the right to refuse service on any item that is soiled or unsanitary.
7. Garment Condition
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to garments, including but not limited to weak seams, worn fabric, or damage that may occur during the alteration process due to the garment's condition.
8. Liability
While we take the utmost care in handling your garments, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any loss or damage to garments beyond the value of the service fee.
9. Unclaimed Items
Garments that are not collected within 30days of the agreed completion date will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to donate or dispose of unclaimed items after this period.
10. Alterations and Repairs on Customer Request
We will carry out the alterations and repairs as per your request. It is your responsibility to ensure that the requested adjustments meet your requirements. Any further adjustments will be subject to additional charges.
11. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the service order. Any cancellations made after this period may incur a fee.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time
